What happens in a session
What happens in a session?
Before the Session
When booking a session we identify your problem and what you would like to achieve as a result of working together.
Within Sessions
We help you:
- Understand your problem in greater depth.
- Understand why and how the problem is occurring.
Clients are often surprised and comment that this is the 1st time that they’ve
understood what the underlying problem is.
-
Gain clarity on how you want your life to be. -
Achieve the changes you want by:
- teaching you proven methods to overcome the problem.
This is often the 1st time clients believe that they can have control over their problem.
-
Implement these methods by:
- improving subconscious strategies.
You are likely to be relaxed, curious, laugh and be pleasantly surprised with the result.
We may ask you to:
- imagine things, recall different memories or recreate internal feelings.
Clients are often surprised that what was a challenge for years has changed. And changed in such a short period of time.
Session Benefits
We want our clients to be able to:
- learn that they can control and change their problem, so that they can overcome a similar problem in future.
Clients come in wanting help to manage their problem, and often leave with it gone.
Session Benefits for Children and Teenagers
Children and Teenagers learn:
- to control and change their problem
- that they can overcome a similar problem in future
- to have a huge belief in themselves
- that the belief can carry across to all areas of their lives
- that they can have control over their lives
Making these changes early in life, can have a dramatic effect on who they are and who they become.

If you read nothing else on this page, read this:Imagine being depressed; in that overwhelming fog; not knowing what day it is; not wanting to talk with people; not wanting to socialise; and just feeling down all the time. That’s an incredibly tough place to be. Now imagine having that feeling of despair and being a 7 year old. Imagine how much this impacts your social growth, your ability to learn and to grow in these formative years. Imagine what life would be like as you became a teen, then an adult. The work I do with children brings them out of this space and impacts on their entire life. |
